Here’s a bit about the way that I work…

Life Coaching

The way that I work is very different to counselling, psychology and other forms of therapy.

My style of coaching is present-to-future looking.

It is positive, empowering, and I seek to support my clients in achieving their goals.

The way I coach is a beautiful mix of motivation, education and accountability – with a good pinch of personal cheerleading.

It is essential to help my clients recognise their power and the deep & rich wisdom within; self-discovery is an important aspect of our work together.

My coaching is definitely stretchy – stretching enables my clients to grow and see new possibilities.

I trust that YOU, my client, are the expert of yourself, so my role is to travel alongside you, shine the light on your expertise and support you in being your most amazing self.

Sound Healing

While my title is “Integral Sound Healer” – it is the sounds that do the magic… along with you, the client.

I listen carefully to what you say and then assess your energies.

While I am guided by both my intuition and my training, I am also closely guided by you and how the sounds flow for you.

Making sudden loud sounds is not my style, and I have no intention of frightening you.

I am gentle and aim to make soothing sounds…

Although there will be time that the sounds are less pleasant, this is to help release energy.

We all benefit from a kind and respectful approach – I bring this to all of my sessions.
